We at OnOff Print & Design strive to make it as simple and safe as possible to order through our website. Please continue reading below about artwork, delivery, returns and refunds.
Once an order is placed we will inspect your artwork to make sure printing it would create a high quality product likely to satisfy your needs and expectations. If the artwork is NOT suitable to print, we will contact you to advice on how to proceed. This is however likely to cause delays in processing your order.
To prevent any unnecessary delays, please take extra care when designing and submitting your artwork, making sure it is suitable for printing and follows the below checklist. Your order will not be processed until the artwork either meets these criteria or you give us written permission to proceed regardless.
For outdoor banners, the bleed should be 5mm, the safe zone should be 50mm, and the resolution at least 150dpi.
Most of our products are delivered within 2-3 days of an order being processed - please see the specific product pages for more info on estimated delivery times. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by you during the checkout stage and will require signing upon delivery. Please take extra care to make sure this is entered correctly.
Orders with multiple product types will sometimes have the different products delivered separately. If you have specific delivery preferences, please email us at email@example.com before placing your order and we will do our best to help.
For orders of £40 or over, delivery is free. For orders below £40, delivery costs £4.99. This fee is applied once to the whole order, regardless if products will arrive in multiple deliveries.
Due to all our products being custom made to your order according to your artwork and specifications, we are unable to accept returns. However, should your product be faulty, you may return it to us for inspection. If the fault lies with us due to poor printing, we will replace the products for you or issue a refund. However, we are not liable to replace or refund products where the fault is due to your artwork rather than a production issue.
